Replacement Policy
At AI Chashma, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be returned
- Unboxing video is mandatory (please record a clear video while unboxing the product)
- Valid proof of purchase is required
AI Chashma reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@aichashma.com with details and the unboxing video so we can assist you promptly.
Replacement Process
If your request is approved, our support team will guide you through the return process and share instructions for sending the product back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, a replacement will be provided free of charge.
No Return & No Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final, except in cases where the product is found to be defective or damaged and qualifies for replacement as per this policy.
Warranty Policy
AI Chashma provides a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Covered:
- Manufacturing defects under normal usage
Not Covered:
- Physical or water damage
- Wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Misuse or negligence
- Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion
