Warranty & replacement
6-month warranty on every pair against manufacturing defects, with a replacement as the remedy.
7-day replacement if your glasses arrive damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong model. An unboxing video is required for any replacement claim.
Exchanges: you can exchange for another model or colour within 7 days of delivery for a ₹200 re-delivery charge per piece if the product is returned as received, unused and with the box (not for prescription orders; if the lenses do not match the prescription you shared, we refund the lens cost once verified).
