At AI Chashma, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.

Only Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product will be replaced.

Eligibility for Replacement

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging and all accessories must be returned
• Unboxing video is mandatory (please record a clear video while unboxing the product)
• Valid proof of purchase is required

AI Chashma reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any replacement.

Replacement Process

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with details and the unboxing video so we can assist you promptly.

If your request is approved, our support team will guide you through the return process and share instructions for sending the product back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, a replacement will be provided free of charge.

No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final, except in cases where the product is found to be defective or damaged and qualifies for replacement as per this policy.

Warranty Policy

AI Chashma provides a 6 months limited warranty from the date of delivery. 

Covered:

• Manufacturing defects under normal usage

Not Covered:

• Physical or water damage
• Wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Misuse or negligence
• Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion
