It sells 13 models from ₹1,990: the Cam series (camera and built-in AI assistant), the Lite series (Bluetooth calls and music), the Shade series (photochromic lenses) and Action Velocity for sports. Most AI Chashma glasses use magnetic charging. Lite Air and Shade Shift do not; both charge with USB Type-C. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (not on Sundays or public holidays) and delivered in 3–5 working days to metro cities and 5–10 working days to other locations. We ship with Blue Dart and DTDC, and Delhivery or other couriers where they do not deliver. Prescription lens orders take 7–14 working days in total.

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Yes. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for processing replacement requests.

We do not offer refunds. If you would like a different model or colour (for example, for a gift), you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery for a ₹200 re-delivery charge per piece, as long as it is returned as it was received, unused and with the box. The ₹200 covers delivering the new product only, not sending the original back. Prescription (power lens) orders cannot be returned or exchanged; if the lenses do not match the prescription you shared, we refund the lens cost once this is verified.

Yes. Smart glasses come with a 6-month limited warranty and chargers with a 1-year limited warranty, both covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are settled by replacing the product.
