Supported Lenses

• Only Single-vision lenses are supported.
•  Bifocal and Progressive Lenses are not supported.

Prescription Requirement

• Uploading a valid prescription is mandatory.
• Orders without a prescription or with unsupported prescriptions will be rejected.

Delivery Timeline

• Prescription lenses are custom-made.
• Lens making: 4 working days.
• Delivery after dispatch: 3–5 working days to metro cities and 5–10 working days to other locations, so about 7–14 working days in total.

Verification

AI Chashma reserves the right to verify and approve prescriptions before processing any order.
