SECTION 9 – REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect
• Transit damage

Conditions:

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Unboxing video is mandatory.
• Product must be returned with original packaging and accessories
• AI Chashma reserves the right to inspect the product before approving replacement

AI Chashma provides a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

• Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion
