Warranty & replacement
6-month warranty on every pair against manufacturing defects, with a replacement as the remedy.
7-day replacement if your glasses arrive damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong model. An unboxing video is required for any replacement claim.
Exchanges: you can exchange for another model or colour within 7 days of delivery for a ₹200 re-delivery charge per piece if the product is returned as received, unused and with the box (not for prescription orders; if the lenses do not match the prescription you shared, we refund the lens cost once verified). Yes. Cam Aura supports single-vision prescription lenses. Enter your power while ordering; custom lenses take 4 working days to make, then 3–5 working days to reach metro cities or 5–10 to other locations.
What warranty does Cam Aura have?
Cam Aura has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, under which the product is replaced. If it arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong model, we replace it within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required for any replacement claim.
