Shade Urban has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, under which the product is replaced. If it arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong model, we replace it within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required for any replacement claim.

Exchanges: you can exchange for another model or colour within 7 days of delivery for a ₹200 re-delivery charge per piece if the product is returned as received, unused and with the box (not for prescription orders; if the lenses do not match the prescription you shared, we refund the lens cost once verified). The design looks like normal stylish glasses, so most people don’t even realize they’re smart glasses. They’re lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for long periods.

The audio quality is surprisingly good for open-ear speakers. I mostly use them for music and podcasts while walking, and it’s nice that I can still hear what’s happening around me. The Bluetooth calling feature is also very convenient — I can answer calls without taking out my phone.

Battery life has been solid for my daily use, and the magnetic charging makes it very easy to recharge.

Overall, it’s a really well thought-out product that combines style with useful smart features. Very happy with the purchase.
