    • AI Chashma is an Indian smart glasses brand from PG Lifestyle Private Limited, founded in 2025 by Pranshu Garg. It sells 13 models from ₹1,990: the Cam series (camera and built-in AI assistant), the Lite series (Bluetooth calls and music), the Shade series (photochromic lenses) and Action Velocity for sports. Single-vision power lenses are available on most models, every pair has a 6-month warranty, and shipping is free across India. AI Chashma is also sold on Amazon.in.

    • AI Chashma smart glasses support Bluetooth calling and smart audio. Some models include a camera for photos and videos, while select models offer AI assistant and language translation features.

    • No. Only the Cam Series includes a built-in camera. Other series are camera-free for privacy-focused use.

    • Yes. All AI Chashma glasses are lightweight, comfortable, and designed for everyday use.

    • You can answer or reject calls, listen to music, and control playback directly from the glasses.

    • Yes. Supported models include voice assistance for hands-free commands and interaction.

    • Camera models support AI voice wake-up, intelligent Q&A, object recognition, and AI-powered translation.

    • Yes. Camera-enabled models allow hands-free photo and video capture.

    • Certain models support different lens options such as standard, photochromatic, blue-light, sunglass, and prescription lenses.

    • Yes. Prescription lenses are available for select models. Customers must upload a valid prescription directly on the website during checkout to place a prescription lens order.

    • We currently support single-vision prescription lenses only (distance or near). Bifocal and progressive lenses are not supported.

    • Yes, uploading a valid prescription is mandatory. Orders without a valid prescription will not be processed.

    • Prescription lenses are custom-made: they take 4 working days to make, then 3–5 working days to reach metro cities or 5–10 to other locations.

    • Battery life varies by model. Camera models offer up to 12 hours of music playback and extended standby time.

    • Most AI Chashma glasses use magnetic charging. Lite Air and Shade Shift do not; both charge with USB Type-C. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours.

    • The glasses connect via Bluetooth, and camera models transfer photos and videos to your phone over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi through the HeyCyan app.

    • Yes. The HeyCyan app is required for setup, AI features, and firmware updates.

    • The HeyCyan app is in English. Camera models also offer AI translation for conversations in other languages.

    • Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (not on Sundays or public holidays) and delivered in 3–5 working days to metro cities and 5–10 working days to other locations. We ship with Blue Dart and DTDC, and Delhivery or other couriers where they do not deliver. Prescription lens orders take 7–14 working days in total.

    • No. Shipping is free across eligible locations in India.

    • Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and email after shipment.

    • We offer a 7-day replacement policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

    • Yes. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for processing replacement requests.

    • We do not offer refunds. If you would like a different model or colour (for example, for a gift), you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery for a ₹200 re-delivery charge per piece, as long as it is returned as it was received, unused and with the box. The ₹200 covers delivering the new product only, not sending the original back. Prescription (power lens) orders cannot be returned or exchanged; if the lenses do not match the prescription you shared, we refund the lens cost once this is verified.

    • Yes. Smart glasses come with a 6-month limited warranty and chargers with a 1-year limited warranty, both covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are settled by replacing the product.

    • Yes. Users must follow applicable local laws and privacy regulations while using camera-enabled glasses.

    • Yes. AI Chashma follows industry-standard practices to protect customer data.
